This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top floor condo in Treasure Island, FL serves as a beginning point for adventure and a center for relaxation! Feel free to spend your days tanning next to the outdoor pool or lounging on your private balcony with panoramic views of the bay. Bring exciting days to an end with a little “BBQ” session at the community grill area as you sit around under the gazebo and chat with family and friends. When you stay at Land’s End– you'll find that an abundance of great activities are on site or just a short drive away.
Inside the condo, you will find a fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite meals. The dining area features a glass top table seating 4 comfortably. The living room has a flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach. When it’s time to retire for the night, the main bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed. Attached to the main bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub shower combo. The second bedroom is outfitted with another queen size bed. Down the hall, there is access to another full bathroom that features a walk-in shower. For your convenience, a washer and dryer in the condo is provided.
**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Carpet REALLY needs cleaning. Primary bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced-sinks towards the middle. The vacuum left to use did not have enough power to really do a good job. Otherwise, the condo itself was fine. Was the first rental we have used that had enough kitchenware-even for baking cookies! Would not have rented if we had known: The locals walk their dogs on the bay side-by building #1, where this condo was located. Did not like the view off our balcony of the storage of construction materials by the city. The condo was noisy b/c of the dog walking and that the road ended with a turnaround right outside our balcony.
