NEWLY UPDATED AND ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!!! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo at Land’s End has undergone a full renovation and is absolutely stunning! The kitchen has been completely redone with all new stainless steal appliance and granite counter tops, both bathrooms have been updated and feature walk in showers, new flooring has been put down throughout the entire condo, all new furnishings....nothing has been missed here! This condo is direct Beachfront with your own private balcony to take in the sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico every night, you will NOT be disappointed! Everything about this rental was perfect to the last detail. I would HIGHLY recommend and if our travels take us back here, we will definitely check for availability.

This unit is amazing in terms of cleanliness and decor. Loved it! Only thing I would recommend is bringing an eye mask for sleeping in the primary unit. The shades over the windows are NOT dark at all. But, additional plusses are lots of beach equipment, a coffee pot AND a Keurig, washer & dryer, and keypad locks.
My *only* complaint about the property is the pool. It would appear on really high traffic weeks like spring break, they have pool monitors who ensure that no fun is had, except in your chairs. Can't even drink WATER in a Stanley or Yeti cup in or on the edge of or near the pool or hot tub. Can't throw a ball in the pool unless you're two feet from one another. I was told by another guest who was there the prior week that these rules were not being enforced, but they were this week. The folks who can afford to stay here at peak times like Spring Break are at least 30+ year-old parents with kids or couples, and many guests were 60-70+. There is no one here who is shotgunning beers until they throw up in the pool. Can't we all be treated like adults and relax? We stayed in another condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach who had no such constant pool monitor and the whole vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, had I known I would be this policed at my happy place, I may have selected somewhere else. Yes, it's their pool, their rules, but it's a whole much ado about nothing.
So, I would love to stay here again, just not on Spring break "week."

The condo was beautiful and well kept. The size of the condo and rooms were perfect for our family of 4. The location in conjunction to the Gulf and pool were awesome! The beds were harder than we'd like, but we brought extra blankets to fluff them up a bit. The condo was well equipped with very nice appliances, electronics, and full size washer/dryer.We'd highly recommend this particular building and unit at Lands End, Treasure Island to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable retreat on the Gulf of Mexico. We'd love to go back ASAP!
