Land's End 1-303 Gulf View

I’m speaking specifically now about Suite 303. There were several deficiencies that we experienced. the dishwasher is old and does not clean -we even cleaned out the filter, washed the dishes before we put them in and they were still dirty. The dishwasher definite needs to be replaced. They were only four dinner plates provided and the paper plates were not adequate for the amount of money paid to rent. Pans, particular frying pans were rusty and not usable. The stove is rusty and should be replaced or at least touch up paint the rust spots. The shower bathtub is old and needs to be replaced or upgraded the showerhead definitely needs to be either cleaned or replaced. there needs to be a microwave dish cover and there is no dish pan to put dishes on after they’ve been washed. those can easily be purchased at Marshalls or Walmart . We were actually gonna buy some but this is the owner’s responsibility not ours as Guests. There were a fake candles provided, but the batteries were all dead. It should be noted that we did use the pull-out couch but underneath the pull-out couch was filthy so we had to clean first. we also had to clean all the bed linens before we used them. small soaps were provided, but there should be a soap dish or a soap saver dish in the bathroom so that the soap doesn’t go muddy and mucky and gummy. The dish rags provided were dirty and used one too many times. One of the screen doors was also off track so we could only use one screen on the balcony. The washing machine and dryer were great as we had to repeatedly clean the towels since they were only two provided so having the efficient washer and dryer was good . It was also great to have beach chairs and noodles. It should be noted that the blue umbrella was already broken and we took it down to the beach and had to come back because it was broken so we put it back but we suggest that it be thrown away.
