Location fantastic and great to have access to the pool. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen had all basics covered. Would have been great to have more than one key as very difficult unless all four of us were out at the same time. Also the ‘grand couch’ was tiny - would have been great to have somewhere comfortable for all four of us to sit.

The internet wasn’t working and the TV needed adjusting to be able to operate on all channels. The sink in the bathroom was partially blocked. Two of the drinking glasses were dirty (lipstick on one, the other was greasy. The patio/deck was unswept and still had potat crisps on the floor.

A very nice apartment in near perfect location.
There wasn't room for the travel cot in our bedroom, but we were able to fit it in the living room just outside. Almost felt like a cruise ship the way the apartment was small, but the layout was smart so everything fit.
Apartment very clean. Hallways a little outdated and faint odor.
Finding the parking spot and correct lifts was confusing.

The apartment is in a great location, close to bars and restaurants etc and it's easy to get to most of the main Canberra attractions in a short time.
The check in was a little awkward, you have to go into the front of hotel to get the keys and garage fob, but there's nowhere to park at the front and if you do stay, you'll likely be holding up other cars and taxis etc, and it also wasn't immediately clear where car park entrance was.
The keys were in a box, within the mailbox, which was packed full of mail and advertising leaflets etc.
The car park is extremely tight and if you have a large vehicle, it's quite difficult to navigate down the two levels.
The apartment itself was nice, it is well stocked with most of the things you need and it was also generally clean, with the exception of the mugs and glasses,many of which were dirty and needed cleaning
The airconditioning wasn't great though and it took a long time to cool the apartment using only the one unit in the living area, and due to the aircon extractor unit being on the narrow balcony, facing the apartment, when the aircon is on, the balcony is simply far too hot to spend time on.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay, thanks!
