The entry level features the first of four bedrooms along with access to the garage. Head upstairs to the main floor where a light-filled open layout seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces—ideal for gathering, entertaining, or relaxing. With custom neon lighting, bold modern artwork, and plush seating, this space invites connection and creativity.
Step onto the second-level deck to enjoy a peaceful moment outdoors. Whether it's a quiet morning with a hot cup of tea or a toast to the day’s adventures, it's the perfect spot to soak in the atmosphere.
On the upper level, you'll find three additional spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, each outfitted with luxurious linens and plenty of closet space. From top to bottom, The Swoosh House exudes warmth, comfort, and a sense of curated cool that sets it apart from the rest.
Beyond the home itself, the location is unbeatable—walk directly across the street to the Nike World Campus or VillaSport Athletic Club. You’ll also have access to a community pool and fitness center, giving you more ways to relax or recharge during your stay.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.
