✔ Swim Spa & Hot Tub – Relax, exercise, or simply soak in the warmth (We strive to make sure spa and hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.)
✔ Gazebo and fireplace - Relaxing in the backyard with shaded gazebo and gas fireplace
✔ Weber outdoor BBQ Grill
✔ Spa-like en-suite bath with heated travertine floors
✔ Spacious & Stylish – Six bedrooms ideal for families, groups, or business travelers and all the essentials
✔ Private & Serene Location – Minutes from vineyards, the coast, and Portland’s attractions, however in a quiet neighborhood with mature landscaping surrounding the property
✔ Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook with ease and enjoy meals together
✔ Cozy Living Spaces – Featuring a fireplace, smart TV, and indoor surround sound system

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property including garage, driveway, backyard. One closet will be locked for the purpose of storing supplies and won’t be accessible for guests.

Current construction land improvement project in the backyard. Everything that’s available in the listing is still available. This is the area that beyond the fence that is not shown in the listing. The back fence was removed recently by contractor. There won’t be any work or noise disturbance during your stay.
