Every room has been been outfitted with décor and furnishes curated to help create a truly special stay for every group. With the open living and dining layout connected to the kitchen you will have every opportunity to create unforgettable memories while staying in one of the regions most sought after homes.

★ Four bedrooms but five beds as one is the full trundle. It's not perfect for another couple but great for some kiddos.

★ Onsite, secured parking for 2 vehicles

★ Onsite washer + dryer
★ Smart TV's with streaming in living room and basement

★ Backyard has a fire pit + sitting area underneath pergola
Location:
★ 3/4 Mile to groceries, restaurants, and gym
★ 2 miles from Niki, Intel, Tektronix.
★ 10 minute walk to public transportation
★ 20 minute drive to downtown Portland
★ 25 minute drive to wine country
★ 90 minutes to the Oregon Coast

That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.
