Fabulous 5 bedroom plus sunroom for 15 beachfront estate! Huge beachfront yard, is very popular for weddings! Made up of a home and guest cottage next door. Closest home is over 100 yards away! Every room leads to the ocean front patio just steps from the beach. The estate features a beautiful lawn and a lot of privacy as you do not have neighbors on either side of you.



Ceiling fans are located in every room and there is a DVD player, cable television, a gas grill, a separate laundry room and all linens and towels including beach towels are included. Total of 3 kings (all master suites), 3 queens, 1 twin, sofa sleeper and daybeds suitable for small children.



The Kekaha/Waimea area has the old Hawaii charm! Plenty of sunshine year-round as it's the dryest part of Kauai. You are an easy drive to Polihale Beach or up to Waimea Canyon (both are must visits when in Kauai).



Salt Pond beach is also nearby which is an excellent spot to spend some time.

The location was great and views of ocean were spectacular. It was a bit rough surf but calmed during the 9 days. The sand is very hot being black and it is hotter in general than other areas in Kauai. The house needs some general maintenance and there were no instructions left at house.The refrigerator never did really cool down, luckily we had the refer in cottage to store all the food. It is not what we were expecting for the price but we overlooked it an enjoyed the ocean and local venues.

Houses were great for a family vacation with mom, brothers, sisters, and their kids. Close proximity to groceries and fun activities. House was out of propane but delivered the next day after we ran out during dinner. Beach is next door to a public access point which wasn’t bad but we did have some loud music at times and smoke smells coming across the property. Make note that there are window units in 4 of 5 bedrooms so that’s something to manage. The beach access that is behind the property is “murk” which is said to be a bit of a concern for sharks. It was amazing to sit outside at night and listen to the surf and watch stars outside of a usual resort type property. Don’t miss JoJo’s shave ice in town, we went there almost daily!!!
