Couple Condo beside MRT Boni & SM Light Mall

The property is clean. It is near SM Mega Mall and just opposite SMDC Light Mall, where you can easily buy groceries. Also, MRT Boni, right in front of the building, is accessible to tourists.

I absolutely loved my stay at Unit 1908! The condo was clean, fresh, and had everything I could possibly need for a comfortable, worry-free visit. The kitchen is fully equipped — complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and dining wares — perfect for preparing meals at home. There’s also a washing machine with dryer, which made laundry super convenient during my stay. The unit’s smart TV was great for relaxing nights in, and the air-conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable. It’s also very quiet since it’s an inner unit, away from the road and MRT noise — perfect for getting good rest. The location couldn’t be more convenient — right beside MRT Boni Station, with SM Light Mall just across the street for dining, groceries, and cafes. It’s only around 15 minutes to Makati CBD, and getting to BGC or Ortigas is so easy from here. You can really tell that Culver and Sarah take great care of their place — everything feels clean, modern, and well-maintained. The building is secure and managed well, and the unit has clearly been professionally treated (no pests at all during my stay!). This was one of my best stays in the city — comfortable, convenient, and truly value for money. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila!

Es war kein Doppelbett vorhanden. Und auch kein Balkon oder Terasse. War aber auch nicht angeboten:-))

Small cockroaches in the unit, and there were pieces of broken glass on the floor when we arrived—both of which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. Also, the experience was impacted by the tone and expectations around checkout. A very formal message was sent with detailed cleaning instructions, which felt more like housekeeping duties than typical guest responsibilities. After we left, we received another message implying we hadn’t cleaned enough, which felt unnecessary and somewhat accusatory, especially after following the given instructions. While I understand the importance of maintaining the property, the tone of communication made the experience feel less like a welcoming staycation and more like we were being managed. I’d recommend clearer upfront communication and a more guest-friendly tone going forward.
