Whereabouts Midway Condotel

I spent six days at Whereabouts Midway Condotel, and the name really says it all—it's perfectly positioned between Manila's main business districts: Makati, BGC, Ortigas, and Quezon City. Getting around was super easy since there's a direct path to the train station and it's right along EDSA. If you're looking for a place where you can hop to different parts of the city without hassle, this is it. The staff member who checked us in was really friendly and helpful, which made for a nice first impression. The unit itself was well-kept, secured, clean and comfortable—basically had everything I needed for my week in Metro Manila. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The combination of the central location, cleanliness, and overall comfort makes it a no-brainer for future trips to Manila.

Location - near MRT, supermarket is just across Place - Big enough for a family of 4 and 17 nights stay

The owner made us feel unwelcome from the very first day, as if we owed them something instead of being valued guests. 1. INTERNET - Very slow - 0.96 MBPS 2. HIDDEN CHARGES - When we arrived, they demanded us to pay a security deposit that was not listed in Booking.com. We refused to pay. They sent their people to the unit for 3 consecutive days. They only stopped when I reported them to Booking.com 3. WAIVER OF LIABILITY 4. SECURITY - On our 15th night, we were awoken by a man banging on the door at 2AM. He was looking for someone we don't know. He obviously was an outsider. I reported it to the owner and requested for the security's number. They didn't send the number or send anyone to check on us. But when it was about the money, they sent their people for 3 consecutive days. But when it was about the security of the place, no action was taken by them. 5. COCKROACHES 6. DUSTY 7. EDSA NOISE 8. ELEVATOR - Average waiting time is 20mins 9. T&B - Very small - that's why there's no pic in the listing 10. LATE STAFF - 12nn is the time to check out. Their staff arrived at 12:44pm. Because of this, we were late arriving to our 1pm appointment.
