The location was great! Close walk to the beach. Close drive to restaurants/shopping. Good things to do in the area with kids.

The property needed to be kept up better outside. Basement smelled like mildew. The description of the rooms was not accurate. One bedroom was said to have 4 single beds but didn't. One person had to sleep in the living room and got no privacy. The second bathroom was tiny for many people to share.
