About this house rental
This 'Island Pad' is a great open layout 4br/4ba direct beachfront home. This is steps and then the sand - with a huge beachfront deck that spans the width of the house! This is on 100 feet of beachfront on the famed Ariola Drive on Pensacola beach, to the west is no house just small public access so it is a perfect location!
Two Master suites are Gulf Front bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first has a king bed and a full-size pull-out sofa and sleeps 4 with a full bathroom. The second also has a king bed and full bathroom. The first interior room has a twin XL over a queen bed bunk bed and another twin over a twin bunk bed, that room sleeps 5 and has a brand-new full bathroom. The last interior bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed with a full bathroom and a fold-out twin, sleeps 4.
The living room has a large cathedral ceiling with an open floor plan, a large table, a new section couch, and new bar stools for the kitchen island seating and this leads out to the highlight of the house which is the Gulf Front Deck. The deck stretches the width of the house and is a great place to relax, grill out, and enjoy the tremendous beach views!
Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. *My Island Pad is Pet friendly with approval - non-shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply * Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly and non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra cleanup and flea treatment.

We absolutely loved our stay "My Island Pad" was perfect for my sister and I and our families! The beach house was gorgeous and perfect for all of us! The kitchen was well stocked which was so nice! (You may want to mention there is a "pack and play" on site for babies. I brought one because we did not know there was one.) It was a perfect vacation for us, the only thing we would change is that we would have loved to stay longer! We definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you so much!

Great property right on beach. Beautiful views of beach from large deck or from family room and kitchen through large windows facing beach. Lots of room for parking under house in shade. House was very clean. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, three with large walk in shower. Two bedrooms with king beds have direct access to deck through sliding doors.

This location worked well for our annual family vacation at the beach. Close to the water, great location. Would recommend it to others.

Great location on the beach. Cute decor inside the home. But poor quality bedding/pillows for what's priced as a luxury listing. Bare minimum inside the home as well...for example not even hand soap or a dish sponge. Fire place began leaking during our stay (rained that weekend) and one of the bunk beds in the kids room had a broken railing make the top bunk of a bed unusable. Also both garage doors were very rusted taking away from the appeal of the home.
