A comfortable apartment in Blagoevgrad with good location, not far from supermarkets and city center. Some of the kitchen stuff was missing at the time of our arrival but the host has quickly supplied us with all we needed and was quickly answering our questions via Booking.com.

Very nice flat with a good view over Blagoevgrad. The host was very helpful. The place was very clean and had everything we needed already. It's close to the city center.

Only good thing is that the property is close to the center.
The bathroom is a total disaster, shower drains directly on the ground in a very small drainage which is close to the closet. There is no shower cabin or anything else, everything arround the bathroom gets soaked. Boiler has a switch which must be turned on for the hot water to run.
The couch in the living room is not expandable and the beddings for it were not dressed, even though we were 2 adults plus 11yr old child.
The AC is not working, just blows air.
A total of 5 towels were provided, 4 or them were stained or dirty.
Honestly the word “lux” or “luxury” and this property are not alowed to be in the same sentance.
