Molto comoda la posizione per chi arriva in auto. Fuori dal centro, in collina a pochi minuti dal teatro Ariston. Il posto auto coperto è una manna in una località dove trovare parcheggio è un'impresa titanica. Villetta con tutto nuovo, molto comoda, camera da letto, stanzetta con divano letto, bagno e ampia cucina abitabile. Anche se gestita da Agenzia, i proprietari che abitano accanto sono stati molto gentili nel fornirci supporto per quanto riguarda la mancanza di qualche oggetto da cucina.
La tv prende solo i canali satellitari e quelli italiani non sempre in chiaro. Servirebbe l'istallazione di tvsat.
