Maria, the property manager, was very helpful and extended a warm welcome on the day of arrival. She greeted us with a big basket of goodies (cheese, jam, and crackers) and a bottle of wine. She was also helpful with various directions, etc.
11am check-out is not good at all, especially when the check-in is at 3pm. Our flight was in the evening (7:30pm). This is NOT an issue of the property but Airbnb policy, I guess.

The apartment is spacious, light filled and has an excellent location. Our host María was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.
The beds are on the smaller side and the scent of the air fresheners a bit heavy

Size. Clothes washer and dryer, Fully equipped ,kitchen. Clean. Location. Near cafés, grocery stores, botanical garden. Host was friendly and good at answering our questions and flexible.with check in time.
Nothing about the apartment but it faces a noisy street and there is a loud performa center down the block which was noisy at night.
