La comunicación porque llegue el día de mi hospedaje y no me habían mandado las indicaciones sin embargo contestaron muy rápido y fue muy fácil de conseguir

Precioso apartamento, súper bien equipado y con buen gusto. Cama cómoda. A un paso del centro, restaurantes y bares y con parking.

The air conditioning was not working, which seems to have been mentioned by other guests as well. The fridge is also very small, and the lamp above the table was not functioning. Taken together, these issues give the impression that the apartment could benefit from better maintenance. The main disappointment, however, was the parking situation. When an apartment is advertised as offering parking, I expect a parking space to be reliably available. Being told that finding a space is essentially a matter of luck is not particularly reassuring, especially since street parking in the city centre is largely restricted to local residents. I think the description should be clearer about this so that guests arriving by car know what to expect. Overall, the apartment has potential, but better maintenance and more transparent information about the parking arrangements would significantly improve the experience.
