The apartment is in a great location, right in the middle of the city. It was pleasant and very comfortable for three people. The place is well-equipped and perfectly clean. Getting into the building and the apartment was very easy; the check-in instructions provided were detailed and simple to follow.

We specifically chose this apartment for its private parking, but unfortunately, our assigned spot was repeatedly occupied by the same car. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the host could manage parking enforcement more actively to prevent this. Additionally, the hot water from the boiler runs out rather quickly. Leaving a short note for future guests about the boiler's capacity would be very helpful, so they can plan their showers accordingly and avoid running out of hot water.
