I liked that the property was clean and very quiet. Also really enjoyed having a parking spot on site.
Walkability to the beach wasn’t what was expected. I guess anything is walkable if you’re willing to walk that far. Closest beach was .4 miles as described, but that was just to the parking lot. It’s another 15 minute walk from the parking lot to the water.

The house is generally bright and clean. New paint, maybe? Well furnished and equipped. Outside front deck area is nicely set up with furniture; that's the go-to breakfast location. There is ample parking under the house and access is available to a multi-grill "cooking station" on the ground floor level. Did not use that but looks like fun. Street is quiet and close to many of the island's features.
There were a few minor cleanliness issues inside the house that had been overlooked. Nothing major, really more of a surprise given the general condition of the place. The management contact responded very well (and very quickly) once informed of the issues.
