Starry Cottage

The facilities were great everything we needed was there and it’s a lovely cottage

There was nothing not to like about the cottage but it was on a quite busy road and opposite the church so the bells were always ringing this didn’t bother us but might affect someone else’s stay

Location was good; within easy walking distance of the town. Safe enclosed courtyard for our dog. The bedrooms were nicely decorated.

Very tired bathroom, with tiles falling off the front surround and peeling paint on the ceiling. It was very cramped for even one person. For four eating at the kitchen table it meant you had to pull out the table and manoeuvre around it. No hand soap provided in the kitchen or bathroom. No j-cloth or washing up liquid in the kitchen. Those are the basics for a cottage rental. The lounge could have done with a coat of paint. The cottage is opposite the church and our friends were kept awake all night with the bells.
