Metropole Hotel

I had a great experience and a comfortable stay at the Hotel. 10 minutes walk to Mall Road, the staff are very supportive and kind, breakfast was exceptional. Breakfast was not included in my booking, however, they provided a complimentary breakfast. The room was very neat and clean with a ceiling fan and beautiful views. If you want to enjoy quiete environment with beautiful views as well as nearest mobility to Mall Road, this hotel is located at the perfect location.

Going by walk to Mall road is easy but while coming back, its a bil challenging because of steap hills. I do not have any complaints for Hotel

The Metropole Hotel exceeded all expectations! The classic charm of the building blended perfectly with modern comfort. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and efficient—they made us feel truly valued. Our room was spacious, spotless, and provided an oasis of calm. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to everything, and the on-site dining was superb.

Absolutely nothing to report. It was a flawless stay that felt both luxurious and welcoming.

The location is fantastic—situated on a quiet side road, yet it’s only a short walk to Mall Road and Kashmir Point. Our room offered a stunning mountain view, making the morning coffee truly special. The staff, from the front desk to room service, were incredibly helpful and professional. The room was spacious, spotless, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy throughout the cold evenings.

Honestly, nothing significant. The lift was sometimes slow during peak times, but the stairs were fine for a quick trip.
