Great staff and service as always
Studio room needs an upgrade with new furniture and redoing of walls as there was mold on walls.
Great views from garden. Room service is a little too pricey. Breakfast was good however only 1 dish was new every day rest all same so quite boring if you stay for 3 nights. Swimming pool non operational or missing could had made the stay better as not much to do during the day. Mall road is a steep walk of 5 mins.

I stayed at Cecil Murree with my family and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options.
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Dilawar, who provided excellent service and made our visit even more enjoyable.
Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would recommend this hotel to families visiting Murree.

This is the most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed, rooms need rennovation, curtains are see thru, beds are in bad condition. I just slept 2 hours. Total waste of money.
