The location is good, I would not recommend staying there because it is in a basement.

New furniture, extendable table.

Main door was not locked (!), the fireproof door inside the room (despite the window) is bizarre and uncomfortable. The light switch is hidden behind the door. Please take it away!

Sehr schöne Gegend, von außen erwartet man ein schönes Apartment.. wenn man den Eingangsbereich betritt wird man leider schwer enttäuscht.

Leider sehr heruntergekommen und nicht richtig gesäubert, so dass wir die Unterkunft nicht beziehen konnten und uns direkt nach einem anderen Hotel umgeschaut haben.

Virkelig god beliggenhed, dejligt roligt område. Hurtig respons fra stedet ved spørgsmål. Nemt at få adgang vha. kode.

Der manglede lidt forskelligt udstyr til madlavning. Rengøring, især på det ene værelse, var ikke helt i top. Vi var 4 i lejligheden, hvilket jeg synes er meget passende. Dårlig sofa i stuen (kan vist laves til 3 senge).

Super situation géographique Code facilement récupérable sur l'espace personnel La machine à café. Fidèle aux photos.

Il pourrait y avoir un égouttoir pour laver la vaisselle. Absence de stores. Le fait que ce soit en sous-sol. La procédure d'enregistrement de la carte bancaire est un peu laborieuse. J ai dû la faire plusieurs fois.

Zweckmäßig und bei Kosten Kaution berücksichtigen

Es war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, zum Übernachten und Essen war es optimal. Ungewöhnlich war für uns, dass man nicht durch die Fenster schauen konnte ( Mattglas), Wohnung im Souterrain. Der Gastgeber forderte im Vorfeld, um den Türpin freizugeben 150€ Kaution mit Kreditkarte, was uns bei der Anreise gestresst hat. Das war uns bis dahin nicht bewusst, vielleicht haben wir es bei der Buchung überlesen. Geld bekommt man ca.3 Tage nach Abreise zurück. Ende gut...alles gut.

Wem ein Kellerloch reicht, der wird bedient. Aber dafür ist es zu teuer.

Das moderne Bad, auch wenn es sehr verwinkelt war.

Zigarettenasche vom Vorgänger auf den Fensterbänken, überall klebten Haare, am kaputten Boden reisst man sich die Füße auf, auf der Couch kann man ohne Couchkissen nicht sitzen ohne Rückenschmerzen, riesiger Haufen Müll vor dem Eingang

Praktisch appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt maar erg vochtig

De locatie is super..alles is dichtbij en de buurt is echt gezellig en mooi.

Het appartement is super maar erg vochtig. Er wordt gevraagd om de samen op kip te laten staan voor een reden. Het is een kelderverdieping van een mooi neoclassicistisch pand dus normaal dat hier vocht in zit en ok voor twee nachten maar het is echt een vochtig hol! Op 1 van de bedden was een bloedvlek op de lakens toen we toekwamen, wat we niet zo erg proper vonden.

Wir haben im Keller geschlafen obwohl in der Beschreibung Apartment steht. Mehr versprochen als da war. Überall Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Alle Leisten waren voll mit Staub und bei den Bettlaken waren Flecken. Es fehlten die Bezüge für die 6. Person. Alles hat sich feucht angefühlt, die ganze Bettwäsche.

Insgesamt eine schöner Aufenthalt für eine Nacht in Hamburg.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch zentrumsnah. Der Willkommensgruß (Astra, Fritz-Cola, Wasser und Chips) ist bei den Männern und Kindern gut angekommen. Die Wohnung war sauber.

In einem Schlafzimmer scheint die wand feucht zu sein, da die Farbe/der Putz blüht und lässt möglicherweise auf Schimmel schließen. Die Eingangstür schleift extrem auf dem Boden. Die Türklinke (innen) war mit einem Rest eines Kaugummis besät (nicht auf der Grifffläche).

Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende.

Man erreicht die Öffis nach 10-15 Gehminuten, auch mehrere Kaffees und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Das hat alles gepasst.

Da wir im Januar da gewesen sind und es Schnee gab, wurde überall Granulat gestreut. Einerseits gut, weniger rutschen, andererseits wurde das Zeug mit in den Flur und in die Wohnungen getragen. Leider gab es keine Besen die man hätte benutzen könnte, nur einen kleinen Handfeger, jedenfalls in unserer Wohnung.
