A beautiful, quiet, relaxing spa hotel

We were there on a quiet getaway and this was perfect - the hotel is built on a mountainside and is surrounded by nature. The building is new and beautiful, with all wooden floors and an alpine feel to it. The bathroom was big and convenient, and the room was very clean and spacious, with a beautiful view. The spa has a glass wall to the view and we just enjoyed sitting in front of it. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

No place to stay, room only.no lobby, no bar, no area to sit and rest out of the room. Restaurant closed all time beside breakfast and dinner.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and all other facilities. Staff was friendly and available

Room for four persons was a bit small. We managed to stay in it for a few days but we needed more comfort. Breakfast was the biggest issue in our stay. The food generally was of excellent taste but the quantity and variety was the problem. It happened that at 8:30 there were no more croissants. One day there was no Nutella because they ran out of it. Also, the variety of breakfast choices was not sufficient. Our opinion was that for the price, there should have been more different choices (like scrambled eggs at least).

Breathtaking

Property is about 5 min away driving from the slopes. The quietness is amazing. The view from the front deck over the city lights is overwhelming. The restaurant has like a foyer with a fireplace where you can enjoy a drink and sit around it. The room was very clean. Restaurant staff were amazing. The lady behind reception was very helpfull and professional

Restaurant menu is very limited if you bring kids. I have fussy eaters kids and I had no option to feed them so bring snacks. No food from outside is permitted. No TV in the rooms with a view but this is more of about the italian culture

Assolutamente da non perdere!

Struttura nuova, accogliente, ben organizzata. Il posto e la vista è magnifico. Le stanze spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. Sembra di stare in una baita in montagna lontani dalla routine quotidiana ma con tutti i comfort della modernità. Personale competente, simpatico ed accogliente.

Vista molto bella, pulizia, ristorante

Stanza pulita e in stile ma non sufficientemente insonorizzata e con bagno senza bidet. Al piano terra frontale problema di privacy con le persone sul patio. Colazione piuttosto completa (se si chiede) ma non di particolare qualità. Magari non ne avremmo usufruito ma nessuno ci ha parlato di spa e le condizioni per il suo utilizzo.

Relax in mezzo alla natura

Immerso nella natura. L’odore del legno della struttura e’ inebriante! Camere comode e silenziose. Colazione gustosa con dolci appena sfornati. Spa piccola ma perfetta.

Najbardziej podobał mi się kontakt z personalem śniadaniowym_zawsze dostałam świeżo przygotowaną kawę, różne formy jajek jako dodatek do śniadania. Pani mówiła świetnie po angielsku. Świeże rogale, szynka dojrzewająca i konfitury własnej produkcji. Bardzo podobało mi się użycie naturalnych materiałów w obiekcie _ dużo drewna, przeszklenia.

Nie podobał mi się kontakt z właścicielką/ menadżerką obiektu. Nigdy nie było jej z rana jak wychodziłam ani wieczorem jak wracałam do pokoju. Próbowałam się komunikować /właścicielka krzyczała na mnie, średnio zna angielski i nie dopuszczała mnie do głosu/ w sprawie błędnych informacji odnośnie lokalizacji obiektu_ wcale nie jest 250m od stoku i nie jest w centrum Piancavallo. Nie ma autobusu i bez auta nie dojedziesz na stok ani do centrum. Nie ma miejsca do relaksu/ posiedzenia/ pogrania w karty. Tylko pokój, a restauracja otwarta tylko na śniadanie i chyba w czasie obiadu. Bardzo trudny kontakt z właścicielką. Sauna dodatkowo płatna co przy tak wysokiej cenie za pokój za dobę jest dla mnie niezrozumiałe.
