Всичко беше прекрасно, място което напълно отговаря на описанието и отново бих посетил.Въпреки че пристигнахме доста по-рано от часа за настаняване,апартамента беше готов и домакина ни разрешери да се настаним без абсолютно никакъв проблем.Локацията е повече от перфектна,като си само на няколко метра от пистите!Апартамента разполага с всичко необходимо за едно перфектно прекарване!

Прекрасен апартамент с отлична локация! Намира се в комплекс Гранд Манастира, изключително близо до писта №6 и до Студенец – идеално място за ски и зимна почивка. Апартаментът беше чист, уютен и добре оборудван, с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Домакинът дори се беше погрижил апартаментът да бъде готов преди нашето пристигане, което беше много мил и внимателен жест от негова страна. Тишина, красива гледка и лесен достъп до пистите. Определено бихме отседнали отново и го препоръчваме на всички, които търсят удобство и спокойствие в Пампорово.

The apartment was great, clean and spacious, and was very warm. There was some kind of lobby in front of the apartment as it is at the end of the hall, a great location to store your bulky things (ski boots, helmets for example). The bed and mattress were good. In the apartment, there is everything that you need for your stay, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The host was very kind and on disposal. You can enter to ski track very fast - it is a ski-in ski-out place. Pamporovo doesn't have many ski slopes (around 50 km of slopes) but there was no waiting in lines and there are slopes for everyone. There is a SPA and pool at the hotel but is paid extra - 30 levs is the entrance for everyone older than 8 years, and everyone with hair needs to have a swimming cap (you can buy it for an additional 10 levs). Also, there are other entertainment options (bowling or pool) but we didn't try them. There is a hotel store that accepts credit cards. Restaurants are accepting credit cards with no problem, and we used EUR-os in the Ski rental place. We had a good time this year, and we will come again.

Nothing regarding the host or apartment. Our drawbacks are related to the hotel itself and little about Pamporovo. The lobby of the hotel is 9 floors away from the apartment. There are moving stairs (only up) for the first five flours and then there is a lift for the other 4. When you are getting to the apartment it is not a problem, but when you are coming down (not for the skiing but when you need to go home for example) you need to carry everything for the first five floors as there are only staircases. It is not so big problem as you do not need to go to the hotel lobby at all, except when you need to go home. We had a problem exchanging money in this part of Pamporovo, we could not find an exchange office, and the local stores (bigger stores than the hotel store) do not take credit cards (always telling us that the POS device is not working even thou they have POS).

Чист и уютен апартамент с хубава гледка. Местоположението е на няколко крачки от един от изходите на хотела, водещ към пистата. Препоръчвам!
