Lokalizacja świetna, na śniadanie niestety trzeba dojść ok. 500m i obejmuje tylko kawę i croissant (do kwoty 4euro/osobę). W kawiarni nie ma wystawionego cennika, więc trudno się zorientować w kwestii śniadaniowej - najlepiej spożyć śniadanie przy barze, wówczas nie nalicza się opłaty serwisowej. Na plus dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny i ekspres do kawy wraz z kapsułkami. Apartament czysty i przytulny, wejście do niego z pięknie utrzymanej klatki schodowej w zabytkowym budynku.
Bardzo ciasna łazienka, rozlatujący się prysznic, woda wyciekająca przy każdej kąpieli i skorzystaniu z toalety. Apartament dość ciemny, praktycznie bez dostępu światła dziennego.

Mieszkanko jest blisko centrum, a w środku jest niesamowicie cicho! Bardzo dobrze nam się spało w tym miejscu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, dzięki czemu mogliśmy zjeść śniadanie, bo wliczone w cenę była tylko kawa i croissant.
