El espacio es muy correcto. Amplio y bien equipado. Encontramos el piso muy limpio y con el detalle de una botella de agua en la nevera. El propietario, muy amable, siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros tanto en la llegada como en el check-out. Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación (12 minutos), de las calles comerciales como Via Cavour y el paseo marítimo.

El ruido que genera por la mañana el vaciado de los contenedores de basura y plástico delante mismo del piso, así como los camiones de repuesto del supermercado. Es ideal si te quieres despertar pronto para hacer excursiones, no hace falta despertador. A partir de les 5 de la mañana imposible dormir!!!!!

Very good communication with Federico and Giusi. When we accidentally turned off the hot water, Giusi quickly resolved the issue and explained how to turn it back on. The apartment was comfortable, with good-quality pots and a well-equipped kitchenette; preparing breakfast there was very pleasant. There was also a good hairdryer. Excellent location — close to the promenade, close to the old town, and only 8 minutes from Bari Centrale, which is fantastic if you want to do a lot of sightseeing. Everything was clean. The bed was large and comfortable. My sister and I slept there together and we both had plenty of space. The window has a mosquito net, which was very useful. There is a grocery store directly across from the building, which is very convenient, and a larger Dok supermarket nearby as well.

It is quite noisy from the street, but that’s not a major downside — we know that this is simply part of life in Italian cities. Earplugs solved the issue for the lighter sleeper, while the other person didn’t need them at all. The wardrobe is spacious, but a few additional hangers would be useful, as with two women staying for a week, we couldn’t hang up all of our dresses and blouses :)

Местоположението е отлично - комуникативно място, което се намира близо до гарата в Бари, пешеходната зона и историческите обекти! Чисто, удобно, с достатъчно място.

Има няколко неща, които не ни харесаха: 1. Ранното освобождаване - 10:00 часа. 2. Липсата на микровълнова фурна - тя е удобство. 3. Липсата на завеси/щори, което налагаше капаците да са затворени. 4. Тоалетните принадлежности бяха недостатъчни - само душ гел. 5. Възглавниците бяха изключително неудобни - ниски, с оскъден пълнеж.

Разположението на апартамента е много добро. На 10 минути от ЖП гарата и стария град. Домакинът Франческо беше изключително любезен. Има всичко необходимо като, уреди за готвене, пране, гладене, също има сешоар и хавлии.

Най- неприятната част беше шума през нощта, почти не сме спали, заради лошата дограма на вратата на терасата. Чувахме хората от съседното заведение, хвърлянето на боклука, зареждането на магазините, минаването на колите. Наистина изключително шумно. Ако беше по изолирана дограмата, всичко щеше да е страхотно.
