Die Lage ist perfekt. Direkt in der Altstadt und 8-10min zum nächsten Badestrand.
Da das Gebäude sehr alt ist hört man im Wohnzimmer die Nachbarn von oben was nicht weiter schlimm ist.

De locatie was top. Zodra je de deur uit loopt, ben je midden in alles. Je kan alles lopend doen. Het appartement is heel comfortabel. Modern ingericht, van alle gemakken voorzien douche is afgedekt en alles werkt naar behoren. Internet top. Strijkbout en fohn aanwezig. Bidet aanwezig.
Het huis is heel gehorig. Zonder oordopjes kun je niet slapen. Je hoort elke stap die je bovenbuurman doet helaas. Dat was het enige minpunt. Maar op te lossen met oordopjes.
