Clean, but a very strong air freshener smell inside the room. Too strong for me. But at least it was clean

The building and grounds on the outside seemed run down a bit. Other guests were repairing a car on the grounds, late into the night and were making lots of noise outside. Building not manned when we got there, had to phone for service.

There was lots of rubbish under rhe bed.

Could check in at any time.

Access to wifi would have been nice. No information in room for how to work television or wifi. Water pressure very low.

The Location was Great, and for the Price definitely a Plus. Exceptionally Clean and the Staff Very Polite. When paying for an extension to my check out (an extra 2 hours) the Manager, realised on her Return that I had been over charged, came to see Me to apologise, then set about providing a Refund - which was much appreciated.

Unusual set up with the Fridge in the Bedroom area and the Wardrobe in the Kitchen...... No Information on Services available @ the Motel (Iron, Hair Dryer) or any information about the area... Restaurants, Laundry Services nearby, Public Transport. Could not get the TV to work and No Information on how to make this Happen

The bathroom was very modern. The facilities were suitable for a one night stop over.

First impressions were good and in a good location in walking distance to shops

Very uncomfortable mattress made for poor nights sleep. A full size oven but no oven tray to heat our food. Very poor water pressure and very erratic, needed a plumber!

The beds were comfy

Had trouble with the booking, took a number of phone calls to get it sorted out, Not sure if we got charged for one unit or two, The steps and area outside the door were very uneven, Weeds all over the pathway, We had to ask for extra coffee cups as one was not enough for 3 people, and for an extra towel, There was only one pot for cooking, no bowls, no cooking utensils Cutlery was sitting in a yoghurt container (no cutlery tray) The bathroom door got stuck and squeaked very loudly, There were no smoke detectors in the unit, The TV needed to be adjusted as it was too dull, and we couldn't get the normal channels so we missed out on the news, There was no wifi or instructions on how to get it. Took the manager to play around till we got it, There were exposed wires from wall lights that were taped up and left hanging, The unit was not as clean as expected, dusty I would not recommend that unit for children as the steps to the spare beds were very steep. There were two rows of nails poking through all along the fence just outside the door entrance

Staff were friendly, for the price itself it was definitely you get what you pay for.

First time riding solo mum with 11yr and a 3yr old girls. Firstly, safety is a really important aspect to consider and I understand that sometimes this can be overlooked however safety should never be compromised with complacency. I booked the Family Room - Upon first entry the room was decent for what you'd expect to get for the price paid but it was not what the pictures showed online when the booking was made. With 2 girls I was expecting to have the 2 beds as shown in one room however what we got was a dble bed "downstairs" and 2x single beds "upstairs loft" which on this occasion was not appropriate or what I required with a toddler in tow. As parents do, I inspected our surroundings to make sure there was nothing dangerous or out of place that a 3yr shouldnt couldnt or wouldnt touch climb break etc. The upstairs loft had a window that did not have safety locks installed to prevent a child from climbing up and falling 6mtres + to the concrete ground below and the placement of the bed (which had no pillows I had to ask for pillows and the bedding was stained faint yellow) made it that much easier for a child to hop onto the window panel and climb/fall out the window. Not a great start, so we had to be extra vigilant with my toddler to keep the downstairs door closed to keep her from slipping away upstairs unnoticed. The 2nd issue Electrical outlet - by the dble bed headboard definitely wasn't installed by a professional electrician, the outlet was upside down and you could move the whole outlet around because of the gaps in the joinery/gib board whatever you would call it that keeps it fitted properly. My daughter plugged her charger in not knowing any better and it sparked back at her, I pulled the bed away from the wall incase anything should catch fire whilst we slept.

Absolutely nothing. There was drugs smoked everywhere, a raging party. I had my 1 year old baby with me, I rang the managers and they said "Can't help" and hung up on me. Was very very poor service.

Everything. Was untidy, cold, no stove top like stated, no air con. Staff was rude, the was drugs everywherrrrrrrre.. I got there and the bathroom sink was unable to be used. My shower was FROZEN. It was the most unpleasant stay I've EVER had

close proximity to Pulman arena and shops nearby had good size tv and sky tv had good heating good kitchen facility shower was nice and powerful good size beds and comfortable

neighbours were noisy the toilet seat was not clean needs replacing

A very friendly lady running the motel. Air con was good. My wife asked for a dishmop and sponge after the first day. It was given to her.

Toaster did not work unless we stood there and held the button down until it was cooked. My wife asked for it to be replaced after first day but it wasn't.

I loved the shower (pressure and rainfall shower head) and the bed was really comfortable

OfWhen we arrived at Monument motor Lodge, we had to wait for more then 20 mins to be told the family room we booked was double booked we ended up getting 2 rooms for the same price of the family room but we had to go to a motel down the road that could accommodate us (owned by same people) we arrived at the property and it looked rundown/ construction material everywhere. We got to our rooms, first inspection was fine apart from the smell in our room, the rooms were lacking alot and dirty, lack of cutlery/crockery. No tea towel to dry dishes, No hot water in kitchen sink (had to use kettle), tap broken, had to ask for more chairs to sit on (dirty on arrival) Housekeeping was half done, 1st day bedding changed (dirty sheets left on floor had to give to owner) our dirty towel stayed on floor till lastday when we gave to owner. Bathroom needs mat for safety reason. Other days no housekeeping Our room was cramped, there was sky with most channels that was fine till late at night when watching TV, Channel kept changing etc, do was an issue with it being hard to get into and out of our room, had to use alot of force to open.

Old and mouldy, beds were average and uncomfortable and the single bed broken, not to mention that we booked a room with a double and 2 singles and only got the one broken single. We didn’t even gets keys for our rooms.

Just the smiling staff but room was not cleaned and excuse provided was poor

Wall heater was not fixed and could not be turned off and rooms were not cleaned for the duration of our stay even though we were out for most of the day.

Un cafard, la cuvette des toilettes complètement abîmé, le chien du propriétaire qui abois une partie de la nuit, le sol de la cuisine sale, et un gros spot devant la chambre qui éclaire toute la nuit!

Chambre propre, très bon connexion internet

Pas de pression sous la douche, manque certains ustensiles de cuisine
