    Everything was as described. We are in winter and found the hearer amd blankets perfect

    The room was disappointing and appeared to need repairs, maintenance and general upgrading. It showed noticeable signs of wear, including what looked like several melted cigarette marks in the old-style acrylic sink. The hair dryer also did not seem to be working. I tried both calling and texting the after-hours number for assistance but could not get hold of anyone. There was no one in the office from 8 am onwards either, which seemed quite late for reception to open. It was my birthday, which they knew about, so I cheekily asked when I arrived at around 8.15 pm whether an upgrade might be available. A room with a spa bath would have topped off my night, but I was advised it would cost an additional $40. I could not justify paying close to $200 for one night, particularly given the overall condition of the accommodation. Honestly, it felt as though I may have been given one of the worst rooms there. On the positive side, the stay was still worthwhile because I was able to leave my car parked there and collect it after finishing my class at the nearby AUT South Campus.

    Room was fairly basic, clean and comfortable. Although the bedroom did get pretty stuffy during the evening.

    well i paid for a non smoking room with air conditioning and what i got was a room without air conditioning and three burn marks in the bathroom sink where someone had put out their cigarets, more disturbing was the spare dunny roll was molding...disappointing really.
