One night stay

It was not to far from the airport

The room was quite run down. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture. The desk was built into the wall and was hanging off. My room did not match what I saw in the photos. A few repairs need to be done

Arrived 20 minutes late no answer to phone call the restaurant unhelpful was after 830 by then and getting dark (was in a public car park and didn’t feel safe with a little one) found alternative accommodation so they cancelled by booking and still charged me no answer to emails and booking.com unhelpful🤬🤬

Comfortable and convenient stay

Loved staying here. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Good for business trips or long weekends away or even just for a night. Super close to Hunters Plaza and a 2 minute walk to the night market from the inn. Close to Manukau and the Airport is a short 10 minute drive away. Would stay here again.

Comfortable stay in good location.

It was a good location, close to supermarket and easy access to motorway to move around. Close to where our son was staying. It was quiet as we faced gardens. It was next to Asian supermarket and take away. One review said the smells and noise were bad. We experienced no such thing. The king bed was comfortable, spacious room very good shower. Room was cleaned and fresh towels provided the next day. Has a microwave and utensils for breakfast. Would not be able to have anything more than breakfast. On site free parking.

No fresh milk only powdered milk. (Being very picky!)

Good location but some downfalls

Location was perfect for Due drop centre which was my main reason for being there. Also close to malls and other shops, can walk or catch an uber. Bed was comfy and shower was great.

I was competing in sports and when I got my room the washing machine was "out of order" and so was the dishwasher which I was not told about when I checked in so not helpful when wanting to clean my sports uniform over night.

Good place, not the prettiest or fanciest but it was still ok considering the area and price.

Room was spacious, good lighting and windows to allow fresh air. Free parking onsite and close to mall.

The room we had seemed to be accessible room so the shower was open, water went everywhere which was quite a hazard when needing to go toilet as the bath mat could only wipe up so much water before becoming saturated. Shower curtain had brown stains on the bottom and shower head / handle were coming apart and had soap scum on them. Tiles felt super slippery as well. Bed was too soft for my liking and aircon had a weird damp smell, when inspecting a little closer it has a build up of dust on the inside.

Overall expectations were met.

My husband and feel the Kolmar Inn was a good central location. Close to Manukau City and also to Manurewa where I am originally from. I do wish there was a restaurant at the motel.. That would have been ideal. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a no frills accomodation. Rooms are very clean and tidy and serviced daily.

Shown beautiful Comfy room but not the same room,

Room was very tidy and small . Gave extra pay for large room .but unfortunately not provided big room just change the bed from double bed to Queen bed.after that I didn’t argument. No water .

I've always enjoyed my stay, the Manageress is a delight, friendly and helpful.

Location fine...carpark well lit up. Day reception manageress cannot fault.

Shower needs maintaining not working properly, room 3. Aircon not up to standard as well, room needs a bit of TLC.

Beautiful service, we were able to check in early with no fuss. Amazing service. Always greeted with a smile and hello. The location was perfect to everything - the plaza & restaurants. Staff/Managers were lovely. Bonus, free parking!! Would stay again. Thank you!

The price was good, I got 3 rooms for 6 of us and it cost the same as the ones closer to our venue for 2 of us!! That was awesome.

The rooms are smaller than they look in pictures, but they were perfect for us for the night.

Pleasent stay. Clean and tidy. Convenient to whoever travels for events at Kolmar centre.

Location was great to what I traveled for - 5min walk to Kolmar centre for sport acitivities. Supermarket and shopping mall walking distance. Decided to take a bus back to Domestic airport - bus stops so handy.

No bedside table light in the double room I was staying in. Smart Tv doesn't options of accessing apps, nor cast availability eventho it's on tv menu and phone could be paired. Ended up watching Netflix on my phone.
