    Really loved the hotel and the staff who were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Had free parking and valet service which was very handy. Location was perfect. Will surely recommend to whoever wanting to visit Lisbon.

    We selected this hotel for its location with proximity to eateries and walking distance to nearby sightseeing spots. We stayed for 3 nights. It did not disappoint us. Location is superb. Hotel staff was great. The breakfast spread in the restaurant that has a patio was very good with lots of choices. On the not so good side is that the bathroom in the guest room has no hooks for hanging stuff and the lighting in the room was not bright enough.

    The staff at 138 Liberdade are absolutely fantastic. From reception and concierge to the door staff and restaurant team, everyone was so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. We were supposed to check in one day but had to change plans due to food poisoning, and they were incredibly accommodating and made us feel so at home. Highly recommend!

    The hotel was good enough to stay. Does not represent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Absence of the stairs for the guests is strange. The classic room booked showed two windows, when actually it was only half of a window. Another half blocked by outdoor display.
