Schöne Lage mit Blick über die Bucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Schnelle Anfahrt mit dem Auto nach Cádiz möglich. Die kleine Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften und Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar.
Es wäre vorher gut zu wissen, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl ist. Ein paar Möbel - wie Stühle auf dem Balkon und Küchenschränke - müssten repariert oder ausgetauscht werden.
