Все супер , есть нюансы по чистоте сантехники , но это не критично . Протекал душ. Но могу сказать , что именно расположение мне понравилось . Тихо спокойно . Окно были во двор , было тихо . Чито , работой холодильник , большой телевизор . Интернет все работало . Внизу лобби и на улице столики . Мне очень понравилось . Главное что 24 часа следят за отелем и всегда кто- то есть на стойке регистрации . Если бы поезда в Ереван опят . То остановилась именно там.
Душ протекал . Сантехника грязная . Вытяжка грязная

Da finestre soffiato tantissimo e per questo area condizionata rumorosa lavorava tutta la notte, tende non chiudevano finestre entrava sole.
