For me it was just right: a quiet place to myself, but in the context of the stables which mean there were other people no too far away. My host, Becki, respected my space & didn't bother me, but was there with very prompt answers to messages and on hand nearby if I needed anything. Getting in was easy. I loved the little touches that made me feel welcome.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like!

The location is lovely
Bathroom needs refurbishment, redundant shower fittings still in situ, overhead shower tap falling apart, sink cracked, plug doesn't work.
Dining stool wobbly and dangerous.
Sofa very old
No cooking equipment, a saucepan was provided when we asked.
Uncomfortable nylon bed linen
Courtyard could be beautiful but was full of weeds and unkempt when we visited
Overall not up to the standard expected
