El apartamento está muy bien y se ajusta a la descripción y fotos. Se encuentra en plena Playa de San Lorenzo por lo que puedes ir dando un paseo tanto al casco Viejo (Cimadevilla) como a la zona más nueva. Nosotros solo usamos el coche para ir por los pueblos de alrededor, por la ciudad de Gijón, no nos hizo falta. La zona tiene de todo, supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, sidrerías. Si vas callejeando por las calles de los alrededores del apartamento, lo podrás comprobar.

Por reseñar algo, la presión de la ducha, un poco baja. Pero vamos, sin darle más importancia.

The apartment matched the description accurately and all amenities were functional. Great location — close to the beach and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and bars. The standout feature is the parking spot, a huge plus since parking in the area is otherwise very difficult.

No air conditioning (correctly stated in the listing, but hard to cope with in practice — with rising temperatures this feels more like a necessity than a luxury). Noise levels were high due to essentially no soundproofing, made worse by the younger, fairly nocturnal crowd in the area. The floors also need proper wet mopping — our kids' socks turned black within minutes of walking around indoors (we're from a shoes-off household).
