Casa Albuerne

The view from the property over Gijon and the water is incredible. The house is beautiful and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds are comfortable and the house and kitchen are well equipped. We were a group of 7 - a family of 5 (with 3 young kids) and then 2 grandparents. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us - the master suite on the third level for parents, bedroom in lower level with a double bed and single bed for the 3 kids, and the third bedroom with full bed on main floor. There were 3 very well equipped washrooms, as well as laundry. There is a fantastic balcony off the main living space that faces Gijon and the main beach and the views/sunsets are incredible. There is a second balcony on the side of the house, off of the master suite, that also has great views.

While the mini split AC units in the rooms were not particularly strong or useful, we understand the weather was unusually hot when we were there. We slept with the windows open and were more than cool enough. And when we asked the owner for an extra fan for one of the rooms, within a few hours, he had gone out and purchased the fan and delivered it to the house!

La casa es súper amplia y tiene todas las comodidades para 6 personas, así como espacio suficiente para aparcar varios coches. El anfitrión ha sido súper amable y ha estado dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. La casa se encontraba muy limpia. Una zona muy bonita y tranquila, con transporte público cercano para poder ir al centro de Gijón. En definitiva, excelente. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Absolutamente todo, un entorno tranquilo, muy fácil para ir a la ciudad, ya que la ubicación es perfecta y una casa impecable, acogedora y muy cómoda, incluso con niños..

No puedo decir nada que no me haya gustado, hemos estado encantados.
