OM Resort

Ce mi-a plăcut: - Pensiunea se află în mijlocul naturii, înconjurată de pădure, cu un râu superb, care curge chiar sub nasul turiștilor - În zona unde este apa a fost amenajata o plajă artificială, cu nisip și trunchiuri de copac pe post de șezlonguri. Tot acolo se poate face un grătar, sunt mai multe locuri amenajate în natură, unde se poate bea o cafea, se poate citi o carte sau te poți relaxa într-un leagăn exact lângă râu. - Mâncarea este bună, iar vinul casei și țuica au fost oferite din partea casei - Internetul în pensiune a fost bun, iar camerele călduroase (în luna martie)

Lucruri nu neapărat negative, dar este bine de știut: - În zona nu există alte restaurante și nici magazine pentru aprovizionare. Iar cina are de obicei un meniu fix, însă de fiecare data am fost întrebați dacă este în regula meniul și de fiecare dată ne-a plăcut (rață cu varza, păstrăv, etc) - Camera dubla "delux" este destul de mică, nu are frigider și nici televizor. Din fericire este foarte frumos decorata, lemn, traditional

Departe de civilizație, exact ce aveam nevoie

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult la Om Resort. Am stat doar o noapte cu familia. Personalul a fost foarte amabil, iar locația, aflată în pădure, pentru mine a fost un mare plus. Săpunul din cameră era foarte bun, mirosea minunat. Mi-a plăcut tare mult că nu era televizor în cameră, ci un joc de backgammon, și aveam și un foc electric care crea o atmosferă plăcută. Toamna, cu frunzele atât de colorate, după o plimbare, era pur și simplu minunat. Mâncarea a fost delicioasă și delicată. Mi-a plăcut că s-au gândit și la vegetarieni/vegani — erau feluri pentru toată lumea. Se simțea că totul a fost gătit cu inimă. Mulțumim! 🌿

Great surroundings, confortable beds and pillows.

Workers in front of my room windows all day Saturday. You go there to relax not to hear them talk, swear and operate machineries. Staff pleasent but only until you raise concerns when they start raising their voices and have a rude tone. We had 2 rooms and our friends couldn't join us from Friday due to some unforseen events and they could only get there on Saturday late afternoon.. On Saturday around 10:30 AM we were asked by the staff if we are interested in giving up the 2nd room and getting the money back because they had some customers with a booking mishap . We spoke to our frends and they agreed to the proposal as for them it would have been a really short stay if arriving late afternoon. We informed the staff and they were all good. We left to spend our day in the area, no one contacted us back on the topic until the checkout when I raise the question of receiving the money back for the 2nd room and they start becomeing irate saying that the other customer didn't get there, that we wouldn't get the money from the Lodge owner but directly from the customer that would occupy the room (which is not what we were told the day before),, that they thought we were using the room for ourselves because they didn't see any key in the door. I replied saying it would have been nice to know the information the previous day cause then our friends could eventually get there late and spend the evening, they start yelling that they didn't know we didn't use the room, that it's not their fault the new customer didn't eventually arrived. Bottomline, we'll never get back there
