Our stay at the hotel was amazing. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, which was the most important thing for us. The breakfast was excellent and absolutely perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

Noisy evenings in the weekend due to private events they organise in their 2 ballrooms, including fireworks after 10pm.
The room from upstairs had a wooden floor which was very disturbing when someone was walking in the room. One evening they were active until 4am, perhaps guests from the weddings and we find it hard to rest.
No shower gel/shampoo available, in a 4* hotel. Only hand wash.
Personnel at the restaurant was slow, we had to repeat some orders, the request for the baby chair multimple times, and we had to insist after we arrived there to be accepted in the restaurant, due to the private events.
On Monday it took more than an hour for the food to arrive, even if the restaurant was empty.
