This brand new spacious build is both luxurious and cozy. With breathtaking vaulted ceilings, beautiful finishes, endless natural light, and thoughtful touches, you will absolutely feel the love that went into the design & décor. Offering 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this property is the perfect spot for groups looking to spread out while enjoying this centrally located spot - 1 mile to 12 South, 2 miles to The Gulch and 2 miles to Downtown.
We are proud to say this property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay according to the protocols set forth by the CDC.

Kitchen: The house includes a fully equipped kitchen for travelers looking to stay in and cook up a feast!
Living Room: With a large sofa and several accent chairs, we welcome our guests to sit back, relax and enjoy some streaming. The couch in the living room does convert to a sofa bed, need be.
Bathrooms: There are 4 bathrooms, providing just the right amount of privacy for every traveler.
Bonus Room: Hang out and enjoy a cup of coffee while overlooking the french doors to the balcony. The couch in this room is AWESOME for snuggling up and watching your favorite shows! This couch also converts to a sofa bed.
Deck: Enjoy dinner under the sky or just hang out on the spacious deck!
Parking: 2 car garage and if you have more than 2 cars, please inquire about additional parking.

The condo was clean and lovely. There was a wonderful open family room kitchen. We loved the big bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. The upstairs hang out place and patio were such a great added bonus.

The condo was in excellent shape. Unfortunately, the parking is terrible. Parking between condos on terrible slope. We had to talk to neighbors to get a decent parking place elsewhere. Also, the owner does not like to communicate except by text, even after request to call. Hard to get issues resolved. I would only recommend people who are not coming by vehicle to stay here. Close to Broadway if you want to walk. We asked for early check-in numerous times and finally got it a few minutes early.
