About this house rental
Gather the family at The Gambler, a 4 bedroom Nashville house with a rooftop hot tub and game room just minutes from Geodis Park. This VRBO home sleeps 12, built for a game-day weekend or a summer reunion.
• Sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms and 10 beds: no one ends up on the couch
• Bathrooms: 3.5 baths keep mornings moving for a full house
• Rooftop hot tub: soak with skyline views and lounge seating after a day out
• Game room: pool table, poker table, and a sofa for family game nights
• Bunk Room: built-in bunks combining 3 triple bunks and 3 full bunks, ideal for cousins or a second family
• Backyard fun: giant chess set, cornhole, and a hammock for downtime between activities
The Space:
For families and groups planning ahead, The Gambler offers the kind of layout that makes a multi-family trip actually work: four real bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and shared spaces built for everyone to gather without stepping on each other. The main floor centers on an open-plan game room with a pool table and poker table set right off the kitchen, so parents cooking dinner never miss the action.
A guitar-print accent wall gives the room its personality, and the sectional living room next door gives a second spot to unwind with a movie on the wall-mounted TV. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is the standout: a hot tub with city views, lounge seating, and string lights that make sunset a nightly event.
Picture a day at Geodis Park, an evening soak on the rooftop as the skyline lights up, then a few rounds at the poker table before the kids crash and the adults keep the night going. One bedroom is the Bunk Room, designed specifically for larger families or groups traveling with kids, with built-in bunks combining 3 triple bunks and 3 full bunks so nobody has to split up or camp on an air mattress.
This VRBO home works equally well for a weekend trip or a longer stay, with enough beds and bathrooms to keep a big group comfortable the whole time.
