About this house rental
House is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom.
Master bedroom has queen size bed, television and desk (with monitor). Master bathroom is very spacious with plenty of room and shower.
Spare bedroom has set of bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and a twin size bed. There is also a television.
Living area has plenty of room for entertaining and hanging out. It features a 6 person table perfect for dinner or game night.
Kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and utensils.
Washer and dryer also available for use.
The back deck has a sitting area and patio table, perfect for meals outside enjoying the beautiful river view.
The dock is huge and boost an open area that is great for fishing. Our family has had great luck catching fish at dusk!
Coffee on the back porch watching the wild life in the morning is one of my favorite things to do!

The area is perfect for a weekend getaway, solo trip, family trip, friends trip, or any occasion.
Rainbow river is located about15 minutes away.
Red's restaurant is at the corner and perfect for a nice breakfast.
Stumpknockers is located just around the corner and serves lunch, dinner and drinks. They have a great outdoor area.
Blue Gator is about 20 minutes away and serves some awesome Gator Tail! Bigtub in the master does not work!!

We wanted a place close to scalloping charter and on the water- House comfortable for 6 people! Back screened patio was a bonus!

The owner or manager was good at responding to questions. I was very disappointed the house was on dirt road with trailers homes on the street. This house was dirty on porches and outside. The inside had old sliders very hard to open to back porch. Was kinda dirty or maybe just old and can’t clean up nice. It served the purpose to sleep and see. The beautiful springs BUT not to b rude was not worth the money to stay and I would not go back! We made the best of it and that’s all that matters
