The pool was a nice size and nicely maintained. Having the pool screen was great. Rental agency staff was friendly and responsive. The house has hard floors throughout which we appreciated. All of the appliances, A/C, and the pool equipment worked well.
Beds are extremely old and uncomfortable. The foam mattress topper did not fix the problem. Outdoor furniture was moldy and seemed as if it was never cleaned. Indoor chairs were old and some were broken but left in the house for use. The light switches and some high touch areas were not thoroughly cleaned (but they are clean now, after we cleaned them).
