This is a comfortable villa that overlooks the golf course!
The living room is spacious with new couches, coffee table, recliner and a HD TV. The open kitchen to the living room makes it possible for guests to still engage in conversations while prepping food or simply getting ready for breakfast.
All appliances available, including a microwave, washer and dryer in the separate laundry room.
The nook off the kitchen features a work area with a desk for those who do need to work sometimes!
The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and also a bathroom.
Split floor plan, so your guests stay at the other side of the house. Two guests rooms share a bathroom and this bathroom has access to the lanai and pool.
Sliders to the pool and seating area! Enjoy the sandhill cranes coming close to the screen, the sunset and the golfers who, at a distance, pass by.
Nice seating set, as well as a outdoor dining area and lounge sets.
This is a very popular house for snow birds, short term stays and golfer your bike and try the 48 mile bike trail across the street.

Visit the Elly Schiller Florida Wildlife Park, snorkel with the manatees, go on a pontoon boat ride or airboat ride, rent a kayak or go horseback riding. There is so much to do. Don't forget our Country Trails. Bring your bikes, hiking shoes, swim gear and golf sets. Inverness and the other villages in Citrus County are very friendly, quaint and inviting!

After a few initial issues our stay was wonderful . We were very impressed with our facility manager , Emily. She was on top of our initial issues and her efforts helped to make our month very enjoyable.The house size was perfect for our needs and each room had very comfortable beds. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our needs. The pool/patio was a nice area to hang out and relax. This location was very close to all parks and close to US 27 which was great to help us get around area traffic, If we needed to come back to this area we would definitely look into a return visit,

Was a nice stay the home was clean and the neighborhood is nice we enjoyed the pool a lot the listing says hot tub it does not have a hot tub which was a bummer after a long trip there a hot tub would have been nice to relax in and the host never emailed me 24hrs upon my arrival on instruction when we I arrived I had to email when I was almost there and ask other for code to get in but host did response when I emailed never for the internet to connect to the tvs for some reason so couldn’t watch tv at all but not a big deal as we didn’t travel with kids overall a good stay and enjoyed it would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It is well equipped with everything we needed and is beautifully furnished. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching the golfers. We rode our bikes on the Withlacoochee several times. Myriam answered our call promptly, called the TV company for assistance and was very helpful in showing us how to use the TV. We hope to return .Elaine and Bill
