We had a great stay here! The house is super cozy, had plenty of space for our group, and made a great home base for exploring the area. The host was fantastic. Super communicative, responsive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a good experience.The only thing worth mentioning is the hot water. The house sleeps a large group, and the current water heater struggles to keep up if several people are showering back to back. We just got a little creative with shower timing and made it work, and the host let us know they’re already planning an upgrade. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place.

Great place for a family stay! The water was close and the kayaks were fun on the small lake. Well stocked with everything we needed. Very clean. There were 5 adults and 2 kids and we had a full bed we didn’t use. Would definitely recommend. Only downside one shower did not work, only the bathtub.Make sure to bring mosquito repellent they are huge and there were lots of them in June.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed visiting in the town of Talkeetna. Cute shops and friendly people.

A wonderful quiet place to stay in the country on a small lake. Plenty of room for are family of 10. The back deck was our favorite spot. Well maintained and the owner was easy to work with.
