lovely caravan kept well ,clean and beautifully presented. having everything you needed in kitchen and a hoover with 3 children was gratefully appreciated. hosts were very accommodating nothing was too much trouble their communication from booking right through our stay was fantastic. the decking area was nice to sit and watch the the children play or sit out in the evening when they had gone to bed. location was perfect close vicinity to a lovely beach, bar and food places. we walked to fantasy island and arcades. we only used the car twice in our weeks stay and that was to go Tesco and to skegness pier which were both a reasonable drive. we would definitely stay here again if we holiday in skegness.

It was a lovely van owner communication was fantastic it so quite all the time and sitting out side on balcony with a cuppa was bliss

Superior accommodation at an affordable price.

Property was clean and tidy. Has all the kitchen utensils you would need e.g., Cutlery, pots, pans, cups, glasses. Lovely TV with an array of channels. Board games available in the TV stand cupboard. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well presented. Parking next to the caravan unless the grass is wet, in that case close parking near the caravan always available. Location is excellent, in between both fantasy island and Skegness town.

It was extremely spacious, full suite, full dining table, games, and all cutlery and facilities you could think of. Also like the separate shower and toilet ad I think it’d ideal for families. The host was easily contactable and helpful and there if you needed her x

Nice pleasant stay in a van in good order, great value for money! For what we needed

When we arrived we found pots that hadn't been put away, the carpet needed a good hoover and the tops of the units in the kitchen needed wiping. Other than that it was a pleasant stay!

Couldn't of asked for much more of the caravan

The caravan was suitable and was comfortable for me, my partner and our 2 children, staff was very helpful the location was nice and quite

There wasnt any little play area for the children, taxis were abit of a nightmare but apart from that overall brilliant
