Srna Chalet - Rooms

I loved how central it was and to our favourite restaurant and the bus station - this was very much last minute hotel change so we were very pleased to find this little gem in Žabljak - walk to Black Lake is around 40min so very convenient location! Also extremely comfortable beds - if you’re on a budget definitely check it out, it’s not on the main street so no noise when sleeping which is a huge plus. Feels like home ♥️

I think because we booked the last minute out bathroom was the one with a bathtub which had a washing machine and with dirty water pumping in the bathtub which seemed unusable when we wanted to have a shower - but we have agreed with the next door guests to use the shower when we needed it and the host was ok with this arrangement also!

Honestly, it wasn't looking great from the outside but we were surprised. It was very clean, facilities were really good, there was a nice, equipped kitchen with comfortable dinning erea and a tv. The host was nice and gave as some travell tips. We really liked it

Window was to the east and the curtain was not enough so was super bright from very early in the morning

Amazing place to stay in Dumitor. Only located 30 mins walk from the start of most trails it’s the perfect place for a home base while exploring the national park. The host is very friendly giving many recommendations (Bobotov Kuk is a must do) he even was able to drive us to the trail head at Sedlo Pass for 20€ which was well worth it. Host also let us use laundry which was very much appreciated!

Accommodation had two small shared kitchens relatively well stocked but just a heads up only the small one upstairs had 2 burners so if you are planning on cooking be prepared to wait. But we had no problem with it!

This is a budget stay, and as such it performs well. The bedroom was clean, as was the shared bathroom. There is a kitchenette if one wishes to cook a simple meal, and there are basic spices, tea and coffee in the cupboards, although there isn't really anywhere for a person to sit and relax except in their own bedroom. There was a small table and chair at the kitchenette, but there was no window and apart from eating, you really wouldn't choose to sit there. There was a table and chairs outside where one could sit - the owner sat there, and smoked (so his ashtray was on the table even if he wasn't there). The position was fine - close to a supermarket and petrol station in town - although there was no view from the property.

NO real complaints. A perfectly adequate budget accommodation.
