🌟 Pet Friendly ⎮ Steps to Sand + Pool Hot Tub

Didn’t have good communication with the host and check in was a little chaotic but the location is great and beach view was great, only a short walk to the beach, would stay in the cabana rooms again

The studio apartment was decent and served the purpose. It was located in a great area and steps from the beach. The balcony had a great view of the nice clean pool and the ocean. The furniture could use upgrading.The bed was a simple bed on a rail but comfortable. The couch was scary. Thankfully, the broom was located on the balcony so I was able to sweep the apartment because the floor was dirty. There was food crumbs on the table and two chairs. Overall, I did enjoy my stay. I don't know if I would stay there again. The apartment door did not look secure. On my first day there, someone enter the apartment after knocking two times. There was no peephole or window so before I could think who was knocking, she just let herself in. She scared the bejeebers out of me! Thank goodness, I had clothes on. She stated twice that I was not suppose to be there. The lady had a remote control and batteries for the television because the remote in the apartment had missing buttons and was not working. I put one of the chairs in front of the door to alert me and prayed that no one knocked the door open.

The property was right on beach.Very clean&located in the heart of Panama City Beach.I plan on returning in the future.

The shower contained Mold. The baseboard to the left of the toilet was filthy and covered with Mold. I have no idea when the floor was mopped if ever mopped. I had to use towels to clean the floor. The towels smelled like Tobacco smoke. Totally disgusting. The shower head needed to be clean so that the water could flow more freely. The upkeep of the place has been ignored and it seems the owner just wants to make money and forget the tenants.
