Exterior Security Surveillance Cameras are positioned in the front and rear on the outside of the house. Front cameras have coverage of the front parking area and front entrances. The rear cameras have coverage of the upper and lower decks, the pool / hot tub areas and the rear entrance. All exterior cameras are offline during every rental period to protect our guests' privacy and cannot be activated remotely. There are no Surveillance Cameras located inside the house.

It had perfect access to the beach. The house needed to be cleaned better before our check in. It had the perfect view of the new years fireworks.

We had a great overall experience. The unit is definitely in need of some repairs. We had a few maintenance issues, they arrived very quickly. During our stay there were two leaking windows, and a leaking sink upstairs with mold or mildew growing in the cabinet. I would think housekeeping should be checking cabinets during their cleaning, but maybe I'm wrong. The bunk room stays VERY warm, we had to buy an extra fan to keep the air flowing. Also, there was an ant problem in this room. We found some ant bait halfway through our stay and set that up. It seemed to help. We also called housekeeping for pillow cases, as they left none behind like they said they did, they never showed up. Maintenance was great at responding, housekeeping could improve a great deal. The view is amazing, the walk to the beach is not far at all. My grandma has to have accommodations due to a recent stroke, she was able to walk to the beach easily. The only thing she needed that we had to go buy is a raised toilet seat, I would say that would be a nice add in to one of the downstairs bathrooms, a higher toilet. Parking was great, access to pier park and the pier was great. Again, overall a great experience, for the amount of space we had for all the people we took we couldn't have asked for a better house.

The place is extremely outdated and there were lots of furniture pieces that were broken when we got there and it was fixed with nails and screws some of which was head level with the toddlers we had. When it rained water came dripping through the kitchen windows and some of the vents which was also a big safety hazard because of the children we had. There’s tiles that are cracked throughout the house and on the stair case. Lacking kitchen items and pillow case covers. The view out back is absolutely beautiful though. If you need a place to stay right on the beach and by pier park it’s a good location, if you’re trying to stay in a relaxing, clean beach house I would look otherwise.
