Good location and very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you could wish for and great to have breakfast provided. Communications from the host were excellent.

Only because of our age and slightly reduced mobility, we found the stairs difficult, especially those leading to the bedroom on the top floor.

Easiy arrival and check-in, good for a short stay.

Location of the flat and the free parking in the street were good. Also the brioche for breakfast! :) And the communication was great, really fast and so friendly :) And the bedroom can be darkened completely, we slept well!

There was no door to the "flat", it was just a hallway all the way up the stairs. This is why, in theory, kitchen and bathroom would be accessiboe for everyone (there is another flat in the house) in the building. Also no one has been in "our" area of the house, this made it feel more like a hostel than a flat.

Le propriétaire est venu m'apporter le pain et le frigo contenait ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner !

Attention aux personnes qui se déplacent difficilement. Le petit escalier qui donne accès à la belle chambre du haut peut être un souci.

SEJOUR PARFAIT

Cet appartement est à quelques pas de la vieille ville et de la Gare boulogne tintelleries. Pour louer assez souvent ce type d’appartement, c’est la première fois que nous avons un frigo garni pour le petit déjeuner. En plus du pain frais et de la brioche tranchée, il y avait de la confiture, beurre, lait, jus de fruit, thé, café, chocolat en poudre et j’en oublie. Les hôtes font tout pour que vous soyez comme chez vous. La chambre est spacieuse. Les autres pièces sont toutes très agréables à vivre. Je reviendrais certainement.

J’ai tout apprécié, mais si on devait absolument trouver (pour l’anecdote)un seul point négatif, l’église la plus proche de l’appartement sonne des 7h du matin, et, au cas ou vous ne seriez pas réveillé apres les 7 coups, un petit ding dong de rappel est fait 5 minutes plus tard, mais , personne n’y peut rien. Il suffit de fermer le velux de la chambre pour atténuer le bruit.
