Lokalizacja na duzy plus. Spacerem do duomo około 20 min, do dworca około 15 minut. Stacja metra 2 min. Blisko sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie. Wieczorami na ulicy dużo sie dzieje, ale jest bezpiecznie. Gorąca woda pod prysznicem na duzy plus oraz kontakt z właścicielem. Otwieranie i zamykanie lokalu bardzo fajne.
Brak czajnika, czystość i przeciekajacy prysznic to główne minusy. Dla osób które przychodzą tam tylko wykąpać się i przespać - jest do przejścia.
